Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Texas seeks a Director, Global Change Management to design and drive the enterprise-wide change framework and governance across our global footprint. You will partner with senior leaders to assess capacity, reduce change fatigue, and ensure adoption of complex transformations.

The role demands deep change management expertise, cultural fluency, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale organizational change management initiatives.
• Global or multi-national experience with matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record guiding digital/technology transformations.
• Travel up to 10%+, international and domestic US.
• MBA/MS/MPS preferred with change management credentials.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and own the global change management framework, playbooks, and toolkits.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess capacity and build a holistic global roadmap.
• Identify risks, resistance points, and cultural nuances across regions.
• Provide executive coaching and establish a Change Champion Network.
• Collaborate with Communications, IT, PMO, HR, and business units to integrate change plans.
