You will oversee mining, process, automation, IS/IT/OT, quality control and capital projects, directing a team to maximize plant efficiency and ensure EH&S compliance.

Ideal candidate has a strong background in chemical/industrial engineering, 10+ years of cement plant experience, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical/Automation or related field.
• 10+ years cement plant technical experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English communications and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant technical operations across mining, process, automation, IS/IT/OT, quality control and capital projects.
• Direct a multidisciplinary team to optimize cement production and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, technical services, sales and engineering to achieve KPI targets.
