Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Process Control Supervisor to analyze and improve the complete cement manufacturing process from raw materials through milling. You will supervise hourly production staff, inspect equipment and coordinate maintenance work orders to keep lines running at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; technical degree preferred in production or process control.
• Minimum 2 years in a production supervisor role with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in cement industry controls and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve cement manufacturing process from raw materials to finish milling.
• Supervise hourly production staff and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and output meets production standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, shipping and quarry departments to meet targets.
