Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, industrial, mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years cement plant technical experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Direct the technical department to maximize plant efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee mining, processing, automation, IS/OT, and quality control functions.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering to achieve KPIs.
- Develop training programs and mentor engineers and interns.
- Prepare budgets, reports, and five-year capital plans.
