Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior CEI Inspector to provide advanced construction engineering inspection for transportation projects in the Cartersville, GA area.

The role leads inspectors, conducts complex inspections, and supports contract administration and project documentation. The position requires inspecting roadways and bridges, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and LAP procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting roadway and bridge construction projects.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate inspection personnel.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in highway construction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle in GA.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced construction inspection on roadway and bridge projects.
• Lead inspector and supervise lower-level inspectors.
• Conduct measurements, testing, and documentation for contracts.
• Participate in project meetings and contract administration duties.
• Ensure LAP requirements and project funding are tracked.
