Freshprints is seeking a Catalog & Content Operations Lead to steer a once-in-a-generation catalog scale. You’ll own the publishing pipeline, QA, and a three-person team, combining hands-on CMS work with strong leadership under pressure.

Build scalable processes, manage the production calendar across launches and updates, forecast capacity, and coordinate with product, design, and marketing to keep the catalog growing while quality stays high.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and mentor a team of three, setting clear expectations for quality, pace, and ownership.
• Own the production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and ad hoc requests.
• Forecast capacity, flag conflicts before deadlines, and negotiate scope when priorities collide.
• Design and scale QA processes to ensure metadata and imagery are correct before going live.
