Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is building a scalable catalog publishing pipeline and QA process for tens of thousands of product pages. You will lead a three-person team, own the production calendar, and drive quality under pressure while hands-on with CMS tasks to fix issues.

Ideal candidates are system builders who can turn ad hoc workflows into repeatable processes, excel under deadlines, and coach others to own their work as the catalog expands over time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience leading or co-leading a team, with genuine ownership of people and their output.
• A track record of managing projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors.
• A track record of building or scaling a QA process for content or product output at high volume.
• Hands-on fluency with a content management system (CMS) or product information management (PIM) platform.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team, own production calendar, and maintain a real quality bar under pressure.
• Own product publishing across catalog with accurate metadata and imagery before live release.
• Design and scale the QA process to catch errors before going live as the catalog grows.
• Coordinate across departments to keep product work on schedule and manage risks.
