Job summary

Fresh Prints is seeking a senior operations lead to own the publishing pipeline and QA for a rapidly expanding catalog. You will manage a three-person team, own the production calendar, and ensure metadata and imagery are ready before live deployment.

You’ll scale QA processes, document workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally to prevent blockers and meet ambitious launch timelines as the catalog grows 100x.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading or co-leading a team with genuine ownership.
• Proven track record delivering projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors.
• Experience building or scaling a QA process for high-volume content or product output.
• Hands-on fluency with a CMS or PIM platform and understanding of underlying data structures.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a three-person team, setting clear quality and ownership.
• Own production calendar across launches, campaigns and catalog updates.
• Turn requests into scope, owners, deadlines and QA checkpoints.
• Forecast capacity, flag conflicts, and negotiate scope when needed.
• Design and scale QA for metadata and imagery before going live.
• Document workflows so the team isn't dependent on any single person.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to keep product work moving on schedule.
