Qualifications

• Intermediate and above proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Java programming expertise (OO, JVM, reflection, I/O, data structures).
• Socket programming, thread programming, and TCP/IP knowledge.
• Advanced SQL query procedures; JDBC and Oracle SQLPlus.
• XML and HTML5 knowledge; Linux basics; performance monitoring.
• Ability to obtain gaming industry licensing/certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II customer service support for the SYNKROS system and related interfaces.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues with the SYNKROS application, database, and integrations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, PM, R&D, and SQA to resolve problems.
• Perform SYNKROS upgrades and report fixes to R&D and CS teams.
