Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and multi-task effectively.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. and moving carts and supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and provide guidance to front-end staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and assist with register issues.
• Schedule and manage breaks, and oversee cleanliness and safety at front end.
• Participate in hiring and training of new cashiers and monitor adherence to policy.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and discipline as needed.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and loss prevention practices.
