Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced team, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy store environment.

You will supervise cashiers, oversee daily cash handling, and support store operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires 1–2 years of cashiering experience, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Good numerical skills, attention to detail, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assistants.
• Provide direction and support at registers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supplies and cleanliness.
• Maintain security by overseeing exit doors and loss prevention tasks.
• Schedule breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
