Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced register team and deliver exceptional customer service in a bustling store environment. You will mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks, monitor register operations, and help ensure smooth daily store performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service by guiding Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks on the floor.
• Assist with customer issues at the register.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and managing disciplinary actions.
