You will ensure excellent customer service by directing cashiers and assisting with register issues, while maintaining cash-drawer accuracy and store standards.

The role requires leadership, dependable multitasking, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Growth opportunities and a supportive team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience supplemented with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Visit registers to provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Assist with customer service issues at the register and manage cash register supplies.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain security by monitoring exit doors and loss-prevention practices.
