Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a team of cashiers, ensure excellent customer service, and help manage daily register operations. You’ll supervise staff, assist customers at the register, and support in hiring and training new cashiers while maintaining store standards.

This role requires 18+ with related cashiering experience, a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments, multi-task, and uphold policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and some cashiering experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication and team skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: registers, calculators, scanners.
• Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with daily operations.
• Provide proactive customer service at registers and guide Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
