Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and the ability to interact with customers as a role model.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Proactively visit registers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with customer issues at the register.
• Schedule breaks, assign store sweeps, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support hiring and training of new cashiers; handle disciplinary actions as needed.
