Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier in Stillwater, OK to supervise a team of cashiers and support store operations. You will drive excellent customer service, train staff, and help ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers; enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain cash register supply levels and ensure cleanliness and safety.
