Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to optimize guest transactions, training, and loyalty initiatives at our store. The LC will lead cash handling, ensure clean and appealing cashwrap areas, and support the leadership team with register functions and associate coaching.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong sales skills, and a passion for guest service. Shifts include flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional service
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink reduction.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and suggest Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with specialists for makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Maintain attendance and store standards.
