Ulta Beauty is hiring a Lead Cashier to optimize guest transactions, drive loyalty and sales, and lead training for cashiers in a fast-paced store. You will manage register operations, maintain cashwrap standards, and support leadership with open/close duties.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional guest experience, promoting the loyalty program, and ensuring compliance with procedures while mentoring teammates. This position requires flexibility with schedules.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and credit
• Provide exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and through product recommendations
• Lead cashier training and cross-training of associates
• Assist in training and development of new cashiers
• Maintain clean, well-stocked cashwrap displays and adherence to procedures
