Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges professionally.
• Pair guests with a beauty advisor for applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services to drive sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for readiness.
