Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve; selling mindset.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly to deliver excellent service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and train new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and personalized assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously at the cashwrap.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures; ensure guest-readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold store standards.
