Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy and accuracy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
