Qualifications

• Experience addressing guest concerns professionally.
• Proven track record of sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in sales, loyalty, and service.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demos.
• Book appointments for services and in‑store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain regular attendance.
