Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.

• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and credit.
• Provide exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and assist with makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Handle transactions, returns, exchanges and ensure proper cash handling per policy.
