Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, engaging with them, and personalizing service.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest readiness at all times.
• Meet attendance expectations and work flexibly.
