Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize interactions.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with a trained associate for makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain replenishment and cleanliness of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
