Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personal recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures.
• Lead cashier training and cross-training of associates.
• Adhere to policies and dress code; ensure cash accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with store management to grow the business.
