Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong math and cash handling abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Assist with customer assistance issues at the register.
• Schedule store sweeps and breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training of new Cashiers and disciplinary actions if needed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a positive role model.
