Based in Millcreek Township, PA, this role requires attention to cash handling, guest service excellence, and teamwork, with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
• Proficiency with basic technology and store systems

Responsabilités

• Handle transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Greet and engage guests, provide personalized service and product recommendations
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest readiness
• Train new cashiers and support cross-training
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to policies and procedures
