Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store goals in retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet guests, engage and personalize service, and recommend products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup and skincare demos to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest-readiness.
• Adhere to policies and complete register open/close tasks.
