Qualifications

• Proven cashiering experience with emphasis on guest service and loyalty programs.

• Experience training or mentoring new cashiers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, loyalty engagement, and guest experience at the cashwrap.
• Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Lead cashier shifts, oversee open/close procedures, and maintain displays.
• Train and mentor new cashiers and cross-train associates.
