Ulta Beauty in Pennsylvania seeks a Lead Cashier to drive guest service and loyalty while supporting a high-traffic cashwrap. You’ll train new cashiers, assist in opening/closing registers, and uphold store standards with a focus on sales and customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and courtesy toward guests.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and shrink
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests and personalize service
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges professionally
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; support loyalty goals
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and cleanliness; ensure attendance and punctuality
