Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and pair guests with makeup/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure shop readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance.
