Job summary

You'll manage replenishment, maintain displays, and coordinate makeup applications and product demonstrations to support guest satisfaction and store performance. A passion for beauty and guest care is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service with greeting, engagement, and personalized recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Support leadership by cashier checks and associate inspections.
• Stay informed on trends and products to better serve guests.
• Promote loyalty program benefits to guests.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training colleagues.
• Lead peers to achieve productivity and performance.
• Drive accountability to deliver Ulta Beauty brand experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
