Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Proven guest service excellence and sales performance.
• Experience addressing guests concerns professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience training new cashiers.

Responsabilités

• Drive loyalty results through guest service and sales.
• Lead cashwrap operations and ensure accuracy.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train staff.
• Assist in scheduling and store-wide tasks.
• Support in-store events and makeup services to boost sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
