Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges Courteously.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experience and sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to keep guest-readiness at all times.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
