Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales and loyalty.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Book and support services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Manage replenishment and maintenance of cashwrap displays.
• Maintain prompt attendance.
