Job summary

Responsibilities include managing register duties, assisting with makeup applications and demonstrations, maintaining displays, and ensuring store cleanliness and loss prevention. Collaborate across the store to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated passion for guest service and selling
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and train new hires

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty and inventory control
• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, personalized approach
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store cleanliness
