Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and selling with a focus on loyalty.

• Proven ability to train and develop new cashiers or associates.
• Comfort with basic technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest transactions, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy.
• Lead cashwrap operations, ensuring cleanliness and visual standards.
• Support training and cross-training of cashiers and associates.
• Drive loyalty results and credit through exceptional guest service.
• Assist in scheduling and opening/closing cash registers as directed.
• Collaborate with store team to meet sales and service goals.
