Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions with excellence in cashwrap standards and team training. The role emphasizes loyalty programs, credit sales, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The LC will support open/close register functions, conduct cashier training, and collaborate with the leadership team to meet sales and service goals while maintaining store standards across the sales floor and restrooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guests' concerns to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to boost sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and work as part of the team.
