Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink
• Ensure exceptional service with greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events that deliver on sales goals
• Take ownership over replenishment, organization, and maintenance of all cashwrap displays and supplies
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
