• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, loyalty, and shrink targets.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest and personalizing recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver superior guest experiences.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Collaborate with managers and peers to grow the business.
