Qualifications

• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver customer service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni‑channel, loyalty and shrink.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest and personalizing service.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges and pair guests with associates for services.
• Book appointments for services and in‑store events to deliver an unrivaled experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures; ensure guest readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and collaborate with managers and peers.
