Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests' concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet, engage, and personalize service.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with a makeup artist for applications, skin analysis, and product demos to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events.
• Replenish and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
