Qualifikationen

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable

• Assist in achieving store goals related to retail and service sales
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting guests and personalizing service
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges professionally
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with associates
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive guest experience and sales
• Maintain organization of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
• Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge updates
• Collaborate with managers to grow the business
