Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier (LC) to drive guest services, loyalty engagement, and cashier operations on the sales floor. You will lead cashwrap integrity, assist in training, and coordinate with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing transactions, assisting with product demonstrations, and supporting store leadership in achieving sales goals while upholding Ulta Beauty standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink control
• Provide exceptional guest service with a personalized approach
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges professionally
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and skincare analysis
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and cleanliness; ensure cash handling accuracy
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
• Collaborate with managers to grow the business
