Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit).
• Provide exceptional guest service through greeting, engaging guests, and tailoring service to their needs.
• Assist with cashiering, returns, and exchanges; ensure proper cash handling and adherence to policies.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain replenishment, organization, and cleanliness of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain punctual attendance and reliability.
