Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest service excellence and cashwrap performance in our Woodstock, GA store. You will train new cashiers, cross‑train associates, and lead by example to meet sales and loyalty goals while maintaining store standards.

You will manage transactions, assist customers with makeup applications and product demonstrations, and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory control. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to sales, loyalty, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest at the cashwrap.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with accuracy.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Replenish and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain prompt attendance and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to grow the business.
