• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, deliver exceptional guest service and guidance on Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the cashwrap.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross‑training teammates in cashiering.
• Support loyalty program goals and promote Ulta Beauty app usage to drive guest loyalty.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
