Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service at the cashwrap and throughout the store.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy and accuracy.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales and loyalty.
• Lead opening/closing cashwrap procedures and assist in training new cashiers.
