Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, omni‑channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and/or services
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest readiness
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
